How One Must Use The Arnica Cream To Avoid Side Effects
Arnica cream is a very concentrated sol of Arnica oil. In general, not many drugs are given in such concentrations. As said earlier, one must not use the cream excessively. Clean the area gently with mild soap and warm water, apply the arnica cream and massage. A maximum of upto three times a day is the limit for usage and do not use it continuously for more than a week if you wish not to see the side effects. If your problem did not subside even after using thrice a day for a week, then you must consult a good doctor to seek his advice to continue arnica cream or not.
